I am already thinking post-natal and my fitness. The big factors are sleep, time, and a hoping for a healthy outcome for baby and me. Beyond that I am concerned about trying to achieve the right balance of calories to breastfeed optimally vs. calories to optimize fitness. Don't worry, baby will be priority in that battle. I am also concerned about having engorged, sensitive, leaky breasts while I exercise... and am looking for any tips on dealing with these realities. I will take 6 weeks off after baby for no activity.
