Fit2Bmom and our suppliers inspect and pack all of our orders with care. We acknowledge, however, that there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Should this occur with your shipment, we will gladly replace the purchased items as soon as possible.

Return Authorization

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items should be in original condition. If possible, use the original packaging on returns. Items should be returned, postage prepaid, to:

Include original sales receipt and RETURN/EXCHANGE form below with shipment. For returns, invoice amount less shipping charges will be refunded within 15 days of receipt of goods. Exchanges will be sent out free of charge.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will either exchange your item or issue a full credit in the amount of the original purchase price, "including the shipping or freight cost" where applicable. Shipping charges may be non-refundable. If the goods are shipped freight inclusive we may deduct the shipping price from the original purchase price

All exchanges will ship out within 5-7 days of receipt of original merchandise and sales receipt.
