Ordering your favorite Fit2Bmom products on fit2bmom.com is simple and stress-free. Detailed product information, useful tools, and a streamlined ordering process make shopping and purchasing a pleasure.

As part of the checkout process you will enter your shipping, billing, and credit card information. You will be able to create a user account to make future purchases easier. To create a user account, you will simply need to enter your email address and create a password. Fit2Bmom.com accepts payment via PayPal and eCheck, as well as Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

All orders ship via standard UPS Ground shipping unless otherwise specified at checkout. Standard Delivery orders will ship out within 3 business days of being received.   Can’t wait?  Select UPS Next Day or 2nd Day for an extra charge.  Orders received by noon EST will ship the same business day if Express or Overnight Delivery is selected.    At this time, Fit2Bmom cannot ship to an international address.

Fit2Bmom and our suppliers inspect and pack all of our orders with care.  We acknowledge, however, that there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Should this occur with your shipment, we will gladly replace the purchased items as soon as possible. All final sale items are not returnable but are welcome to be exchanged for the same item in a different size. Should your size be unavailable, Fit2Bmom asks that you exchange for another final sale item at the same price point. ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE FIT2BMOM OFFICE WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Items should be in original condition. If possible, use the original packaging on returns. Items should be returned, postage prepaid, to:

Include original sales receipt and RETURN/EXCHANGE form with shipment. For returns, invoice amount less shipping charges will be refunded within 15 days of receipt of goods. Exchanges will be sent out free of charge.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will either exchange your item or issue a full credit in the amount of the original purchase price, "including the shipping or freight cost" where applicable. Shipping charges may be non-refundable. If the goods are shipped freight inclusive we may deduct the shipping price from the original purchase price All exchanges will ship out within 5-7 days of receipt of original merchandise and sales receipt.
