A Global Movement

Posted on December 8th, 2009 by fit2bblogger

All around the world, children are preparing for the arrival of Santa Claus.  Just as these children believe in the magic of Christmas, it seems that women all around the world believe in the power of exercise as they await their own special arrival – their new baby.

Here at Fit2Bmom, we’re getting big orders from all over the globe: Germany, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, and of course throughout the United States. Not only have these orders been a blessing to the growth of our brand, but they are also a testament to a global movement toward fitness and healthy living before, during, and after pregnancy.

Our international orders have been a tremendous reminder that staying active is not dependent upon where you live, but rather your state of mind. No matter your environmental surroundings, physical limitations, religious beliefs, or personal circumstances, making a conscious decision to take care of your body from the inside out is one gift that you can give to yourself that won’t cost a penny yet will be the most valuable to you and your family.

Knowing the lifelong benefits of healthy living, why do we so often make excuses for our lack of exercise, especially during the holidays? And why must we wait for a new year to make a healthy commitment to ourselves? Women throughout the world who understand the value of a healthy body are taking action now despite the cold weather, holiday shopping sprees, and a growing baby bump.

This holiday season, make a decision to change your lifestyle to one of health and fitness if you haven’t done so already. The power of exercise does exist – and we will always believe in it.

Sounds like you have had a lot of success this year! I recently decided to change my lifestyle because I want to be healthy before I start trying to get pregnant next year. I’ve noticed that ever since I started eating better and exercising, my body actually feels better..I don’t get an upset stomach or a headache very often at all, and I have more energy. Health feels good, and I know that if I keep it up, I will feel confident that I will carry a health baby and have a healthy pregnancy. Thanks so much for being an inspiration to me as a future Mom-to-be!
